We are completely
satisfied with the work that Tony Hetman of Arrow Mountain
Home Improvements did for us. We had laminate flooring
put in throughout our two bedroom basement suite as well
as new tile in the entry way & bathroom. We also had
Tony install a new kitchen sink. This man has a work ethic
second to none and stayed with the job until it was completed.

Tony Hetman to do my open basement. A piece of advertisement
came to my mail box. I gave him a call. Measurments were
taken. Agreed on the price. Tony came and did the job pronto,
always on time, minding his job and all of his equipment.
Three weeks to day basement was done, left neat and all

I can highly
recommend Tony Hetman, of Arrow Mountain Home Improvements
for your improvement needs. He has been my billboard and
blade sign installer for the summer of 2006. As the CEO
of Victorian Cottage Treasures, the World’s Largest
Hand Stitch Shop, I can personally attest to his keen abilities.
He was very reliable, working every scheduled time, and
quite prompt as well. He is an extremely and highly effective
worker.
Tony has excellent communicational skills, and interacted well
with the bylaw officer, sign maker, and myself. During his time here he used
sound judgement. He has exceptional academic abilities, being able to adapt quickly.
He is also very organized and intuitive.
Tony met the new challenge of getting our signs hung with enthusiasm.
He took care of the many details involved with proper sign installation, including:
· The encroachment application from the town
for our blade sign.
· The design and manufacturing
of the bracket to hold the blade sign.
· He made sure the signs
were hung to meet the proper criteria
for the many bylaw regulations put forth
by the Town of Creston.
· He took all precautions
to make sure all safety parameters
were met before installation.
· His workmanship was
of a higher quality then I initially
anticipated.

was an extremely fast and capable worker.
· He made sure that everything was just the
way I liked it by double-checking before proceeding, (measure
twice, saw once).
· Most importantly he got the job done within
the time frame and budget discussed.

In the spring on 2006,
I had the opportunity to have some renovations and
upgrades done to my home. I found Tony to be very approachable
in answering my sometimes not too subtle questions
about "how" and "why" things
were being done. Tony had some very good suggestions
on how to finish my projects. I am quite satisfied with how the

This is to testify
that Tony Hetman completed renovations of
our walkout condo home. It required framing and dry walling the
700 sq. ft. basement to create two bedrooms and family room.
We found Tony not only to be very competitive, but extremely
